3. Pricing and payment
TermsKit charges a one-time fee of $9 USD per document generation session, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
4. Refund policy
Because the service is delivered immediately upon generation, all sales are final after documents are generated. No refunds are provided once generation has occurred.
5. No legal advice
TermsKit provides template-based documents for informational purposes only. TermsKit is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and does not create an attorney-client relationship.
6. Your responsibility for final review
You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all generated documents before publishing or relying on them. You should consult a qualified attorney for legal advice specific to your jurisdiction, industry, or business model.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use TermsKit for unlawful purposes.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TermsKit and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service or generated documents.
Our total liability for any claim related to TermsKit will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific generation that gave rise to the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
